Pizza isn't very good at all. We ordered a few pizza's (4), cheese bread and chicken fingers.
Even the cheese bread had a weird taste and was too done. The crust on the pizza was chewy but done and they all tasted very weird and dry.
We were all very disappointed, and spent alot of money, will never order again from this Casey's.

Just got pizza from here bottom of pizza is completely wet in grease and I eat Casey pizza a lot idk where all this came from looks like they got the box wet almost, there where slices on top of each other and it doesn’t even resemble a pizza. Crust took up 1/2 of it. don’t order pizza from here save yourself.

Stopped at this Casey's for the first time this past Wed. for a cup of coffee for the road. The place was pretty busy, but I was able to get in and out quickly with my fresh coffee from beans. (A Casey's staple.) Here I am, enjoying it with a great road song.

We ordered pizza from here tonight. There were issues with their computers. The manager, Robert, was quick to help, had a good attitude, stayed calm, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks, Robert!

Arctic blast weather & home delivery of a delicious flatbread pizza. Delivery was a little late but it came with a smile & apology. I wasn’t the only one that was hungry for pizza tonight.

Everyone is friendly. But.... I go to Casey's for pizza when it's late and I'm off work at 10pm. I don't want to have to drive out of town for food (when I'm not feeling like cooking late). But I'm probably done ordering here- first pizza had so much cheese I had an extra 3 "slices" of pizza in the box. Second time... I didn't get pizza sauce??? Yeah... I'll go to Ames. :(

My phone chimes….. The Casey’s rewards notification splashes across my screen on my phone. Oh boy, my palms start to sweat. My pulse kicks up a notch! I forgot, but I have a free large pizza coming via my rewards. My fingers tremble as I touch my screen to open notifications. My life flashes before my eyes as I pick my favorite pizza ever supreme with extra sauce! Oh man the sauce! I can’t take it! I push the reorder highlighted button! I freak out like a teenage girl at at Justin Bieber concert……(Later, at supper time). The smell, oh man! The taste! ArgghhhhhI pump an extra pump on my inhaler. I can do this!!!The first bite…….. the cheese, the sauce, the soft but slight crunchy crust! Yes pure serenity!! Until next time my Casey’s pizza awesomeness!!

I've had a lot of problems with this Casey's location. The only reason I keep coming back is because I live so close. Here's the deal: The employees don't ever give me my receipts in the morning, which isn't a big deal. The problem is that I track my receipts very closely for finances, so when I watch the cashier crumple it up and toss it in the trash without asking, it makes my blood boil. The lids on their coffee cups always leak, without fail. Because of the pandemic, I can't bring in my own thermos, so I'm forced to either deal with leaky coffee stains on my shirt or haphazardly pour it in a different cup outside. It's extremely annoying. Speaking of coffee, a lot of times they're out, and I come early in the morning. There's no reason for their machines to be empty at the beginning of the day. I've had problems with employees being very rude and unresponsive as well, but I don't see staff like that much anymore. I love coming to Casey's because I love their food, coffee, and convenience. But, until these issues are resolved, this is the highest rating I can give them.

This location struggles to complete pizza orders timely on night and weekends. You will wait for an additional 30 minutes past your estimated pick up time.
