If I could I would give them 0 stars. Mail comes at different times everyday usually way late afternoons and sometimes it doesn’t show like today when there’s not even an inch of snow on the ground.

You shouldn’t have to go through an automated system to speak to your local post office. All I wanted was to ask one simple question, but you have to go through 300 other systems and series of questions to not even get to the post office. Government works for the people but puts them through hell first.

In the last 3 months they have delivered 5 packages to the wrong house. Horrible customer service as well when trying to resolve these issues.
