The staff at the window are very nice and helpful...but...consistently have to go there on Saturday morning to pick up Amazon packages that they say are too big for my mailbox and have been passed on to another carrier (untrue). Even if I sign an official USPS waiver for potential loss they refuse to drive 10 extra seconds to my doorstep. Amazon guarantees delivery but that doesn't happen as expected.

No direct phone number to call for their hours. You just have to show up and find out they're closed.

We are fortunate to still have a post office in our small town. Clerical staff is always rotating through. Never know who is working or going to be working. Service window hours are the reason for 3-stars. Hours are horrible if you have a 8 - 4 or 9-5 job. Closed 2 hours for lunch, can't get there. Closed when I go to work, Closed when I get off work, and only open hour on Saturday morning.
