We are new to the area and something was wrong with our central air. After looking at reviews, i chose Hudson Plumbing and Heating. I'm so glad I did. 1 call and the service tech was out here and within 10 minutes the AC was like brand new again. The price was so much less then I expected. Thanks so much for being such a great company!!!

POOR customer service. Calls not returned. Several "repairs" to a newly completed plumbing they did. Never Again.

i just built a new house and had them do the work. the absolute worst service from plumbing side i have ever dealt with and i was a large project superintendent for 17 years. started off 3 weeks late waiting for them to get there and that was the top and went downhill from there. the heating and cooling side should get some more traing when setting upequipment. had them back twice because my humidifier was not working. i had one of there ex employees come and he said they didnt program the thermostat with the humidifier. took him less than a half hour and it is now working.

Our school contacted Peterson Hudson Hardware to repair a couple of sinks. When we called we were very clear that masks were required to enter the building. They came a day late and without masks. When they approached me I simply said that the church our school is housed in requires masks be worn. The plumber looked at me like, "come on lady" and went back to his truck. The worst part is when a male employee of the school spoke to the plumber he said he didn't appreciate being yelled at by a woman! This is why Angie's list became so popular- so women can avoid businesses that are hostile towards women. Just amazing that a business thinks they can bad mouth a client in their own parking lot. Call someone else, anyone else.
