“Love the store of course. Awesome, super cheap prices compared to everywhere else. Meat is cheap, and food can be way better almost every time you go there compared to Walmart Hy-Vee and far more.”

Everyone loved their food, particularly the bread they served everything on. Like pita bread, but slightly fried and delicious.The fries were the best I’ve had in 6-7 years. The drink selection were bottled drinks from across Europe. The drinks were unique and hard to find elsewhere.The owner was extremely friendly and explained the menu, which was helpful as we couldn’t pronounce anything.Cost was incredibly reasonable.Plus, they have a grocery in the restaurant with a decent range of hard to find European goods.Will be back again!”
“A great place to do a grocery shopping With a great meat counter. They do a good job bagging your groceries and putting them in the cart and they walk it out to your car and load it up. A full service grocery store. Just like in the old days I love it.”

“By far the best place around for steak and chicken. Produce section is priced competitively as well, granted the selection isn't huge. Generally I have no problems finding good produce if they have it.Good deals on deodorant/soap/toiletries/paper goods as well.Frozen section is a little smaller, but deals here are often found. They price product to move, so a lot of times you can try new things at a good discount (Outshine Mango Bars for half the price at Walmart for instance).Customer service is always stellar too, of course. They even take your cart out for you and help load it into your car.”

Good prices! There are some pesky things about Aldi, though.
Usually out of a significant amount of what you put in a pickup order for. Aisles aren't laid out well and it's cramped. Some employees are very nice, some are rude and don't seem to care, unlike the old ALDI on University. Employees regularly "beep" at people with their pickup order shopping cart to get out of the way, that's just one example. Just imagine a car horn honking at you while shopping, over and over again. It's a constant noise you hear in the store, probably because it's so cramped. I miss the old ALDI on University.
3 times on pickup orders we've ordered some individual fruits, but instead received and were charged for bags of fruits. For example, we ordered 6 individual plums and received 6 bags of plums, each containing about 13 plums. Who wants that many plums? We had to return them to the store. I'd think this would be an easy thing to notice when doing an order. After the 3rd time this happened I tried to call the store and ask them pass this on to the workers, but Aldi doesn't give out store phone numbers so you can't contact them. The last time we didn't need to return the fruit and just got a refund.
We'll still shop here probably because it's affordable and they have some good items.”
“I love fareway. Good selection and the best part is there are rarely big families there taking up the entire aisle. The people who I usually see shopping here are older and so it's easy to get around and in and out quickly. I like that they added a few self checkout stations too. Good prices, good location.”

“Not a huge drinker, so it is really nice that the employees are very helpful when I am looking for something. Last time I was in I was looking for mead, and they were able to help me find it right away. Not a huge selection of mead, but still more than I expected. Plus it is convenient to be able to also pick up a few items from the store and check out in the wine and spirits.”

“Love this place and can't wait to come back when is more warm outside. My little guy of 2 years had the best time of his life petting the baby kangoroos and seen the baby cows. Everyone is very welcoming and nice. Thank you, if you can visit you should give it a try!”
