I ordered a wiring harness for a square body. The harness came but every wire was printed on didn't match the wiring diagram. Many were not labeled. I tried reaching out to them by phone and no answer, left message and never called back. I just want a refund on this below quantity harness that should find its place in the garage can. They did respond by email after many days stating that they sold thousands of them with no problem. WARNING ⚠️ don't buy anything from these scammers. Not sure how e-bay and other on line selling platforms are letting them on there platform. I believe there scum SCAMMERS! My lesson cost me $215. Hopeful they get shut down before they screw more people.

LOUSY in communication, I don't see how this guy stays in business at all. Why advertise something, say it's available, and when messaged back in minutes no response to set it up to pick up item. We have been trying to purchase from him for 3 days. How can you trust buying anything from someone who won't communicate, has reviews on marketplace saying the same thing. Wow wish I read these reviews before wasting my time. Phone number is for GEARHEAD in Hudson Iowa, we found him trying to buy an air conditioner on marketplace under the name Jason Schmitz that supposedly lives in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

One star is to good for gearhead enterprises/world, their ability to respond to emails is subpar at the least. They don't answer their phone, emails or text messages. I mistakenly ordered a set of headers from this company on 4/5/22 which their add showed a 7-14 day mailing period. On day 4/15/22, I emailed to get tracking info. On 4/19/22 I recieved an email saying it would be 6-8 weeks per the manufacturer. I contacted Sanderson headers after agreeing to this added lead time and was told that it would be 4-6 weeks If I ordered from them that day. As of 6/23/2022, i have not recieved the headers, a return text, a return email, or a call back. I am a member of several hot rod clubs and shall make sure everyone knows that this company is not a good company to do business with. And shall fly a magnetic sticker on each one of my rods at every event, I go to stating this fact.

How has this place not been shut down? Between this shady shop, the 'Amazon return pallets' they sell through their shop and the bin store(s) Merch Madness and who knows what else; they shuffle stuff through it amazes me they haven't been shut down by local law enforcement, the BBB or the IRS. If you buy pallets through these con artists be aware they sell them on places like Marketplace through a person with the name Ann Oying (yeah clever). They are sold by weight, what they do is sift out everything of value to sell in their bin stores then they fill the boxes with literal junk around their shop to make weight. It's disgusting how long they've been getting by with this!

DO NOT BUY FROM GEARHEAD ENTERPRISES! They also go under the name of Rod Parts Dealer on eBay. They sell very poor quality parts made in China and the parts often do not fit or perform well. Their customer service is awful, they are dishonest and will not answer calls or emails to return products for refunds. It is sad to see a company like this trying to rip off the car enthusiast community, but they did it to me and they may very well do it to you! My advice is to spend a few extra dollars and buy from one of the many other parts dealers that are out there offering better quality and better service.

do not deal with them, i know i never will again!!! i ordered a front disc brake conversion for a 68 camaro and received the wrong parts, i was then told to send the parts back to them (at my expense) and they would ship me the right parts when they received them. Trouble with that is i needed the parts RIGHT NOW!! so i call and tell them i would drive up (1 hour each way) and swap out the parts so i could get the car finished and Joel says we cant get you the part today because we are under staffed!!! I then ask cant you go in the warehouse and grab the part? And he says oh no you wouldnt want me to try getting it, at this point i don't really care who gets it!!!! but he refuses to help me out.. remember i have a one hour drive to get there! they couldnt go in back and grab a single part in an hour!!! I then say well i guess ill have to figure this out and order it from another parts store and he replies "OK" seriously thats how they treat their customers??? wtf..... i know i wont be back and ill tell everyone i know to stay away as well!! thanks for nothing...

I feel so bad I can only give a one, My wife talked to owner and he said he would call me. He is not good with computers, he never called. I had emailed numerous times and called several times. You lucky if they answer, the brake booster I received was an open box. Meaning some one returned it, the holes do not align on the car. Gearhead suspected my car was modified, I took the original part off. I sent it back and they do not pick up there mail at the Post Office, have one month backlog. I purchase one on Ebay from "Tomsclassic" and it bolted on with no problem. Filed a claim with Discovercard to get a refund. Save yourself the time and disappointment. Here is a picture of the brake booster, I made a template off my old one. Than I placed it under Gearheads part, you can clearly see the holes are way off.
