Not horrible but I feel some of the service advisors need some work when engaging and keeping their female customers in the loop..

Great service and a great place. Bought my 17' Audi A4 through them and it was a smooth process. Jordan was especially helpful and courteous. Would definitely buy from them again in the future if I lived closer.
