She helped send a transfer with a short notice and was very responsive along the way. Your team is lucky to have her.Been a member for 8 years now, and do not plan on using any other credit union. EVERYONE is super helpful.On a side note, I would love to see additional support while traveling internationally. The 24/7 service phone number was often down or I had to wait until 8 AM to get assistance(which can be problematic during emergencies). On 3 separate occasions I have had to have family members go into the branch on behalf of me and address issues, again always helpful, but thought I'd share what I'd like to see from the Credit Union in the future.”
