“Needed a jockey-kickstand spring, mine popped completely off. Hawkeye Harley had the part in stock, didn’t have any service openings, got me in anyway, and got me back on the road. Can’t ride with a dragging kickstand. The price was right, and the customer service was great, they even gave me a free bottle of water when I said I was thirsty. “Excellent service. My muffler sounded off so I stopped by the shop and got it checked out. Part of the exhaust pipe was rusted out so they welded in a new piece. Cost about $95. Was in and out under 20 minutes. Kevin and Dave are awesome. Keep up the great work.”

“I've been taking our car to Whitedog auto for the past 8-10 years we've been in iowa. White dog diagnosed my car at a fair price. They laid out the different issues they found and provided a diagnoses for the different issues along with estimated prices for the different fixes which allowed me to pick and choose what gets fixed based on my budget. They also fixed a couple minor issues at no additional expense while diagnosing the car. On top of that they were a pleasure to work with.”

“They were AWSOME..On highway from Omaha to Chicago …..hit something on interstate 80 …had a slow leak …pulled in and within minutes they had my car up in the air…found the issue……they did not have a tire for my car…they found a local shop that had a tire that could fix my car immediately!!!! When I pulled into the second shop they were waiting and ready. Back on the road quickly…..thanks guys ….your the best!!!”

“I bought a used Ford Raptor this past July from your Cedar Falls location. Sales person was Randy Spiers and sales manager I believe was Carl. Went on short test drive and truck ran good. The radio did not work and they said they would fix and work can be done at Iowa City location since I live near that location. Driving truck home a heard a whining noise during accelerating. Called Randy and he said to have it looked at when the radio was being fixed. Nate was my service advisor at Iowa City location. I let him know about the noise and said he would look into. I contacted Nate at end of day and could not get radio working and needed a part ordered. He then said they heard no noise. Then researched noise from Raptor and they said it is a common issue with vacuum line needing replaced. When I picked up the truck the service tech and I took it for a ride and he heard the noise before leaving the parking lot. Nate then said that is a common issue and ordered the part. Three weeks later and three more times I had the truck dropped off to fix radio. On the engine noise Randy and Carl said the vehicle was sold as is and not there problem even though I had a 90 day service, but would not cover the repair and I was charged almost $800. Not happy and will not return for any future purchases or service. Ok Tyler from Iowa City location took to issue and called me, thanks. Problem was with the Cedar Falls location and their lack of customer service. Nate from Iowa City was great and was put in the middle of a bad situation.”

“I've worked with JP on a few different car projects now. My first project was repainting the metallic grey color of an Alfa Romeo Giulia that I had rebuilt. JP was very accommodating with his schedule to work in this paint job and took the time to blend various paint tints to get a color that matched flawlessly with the original body panels. My second project was a rebuild of a Mazda CX-5 which JP prepped and painted the needed body panels for (bumper, hood, fenders). Again, rather than just go with the paint code listed for the car, he spent the additional time to mix and tint the paint to match the existing body perfectly. I was very pleased with the work that he did and the timeframe in which he completed it. I will continue to bring my future paint projects to JP for his work!”
“Wish I would have known how incredible Josh was when I first got my windows tinted. Didn’t realize he and Carousel were a thing when I paid someone to tint my windows. That tint job resulted in my driver’s side rear bumper getting scrapped with less than 400 miles on my brand new ride. Traveled to get a quote from Josh and wasn’t disappointed. Not only was he the best price but you could just tell his shop was going to provide the best service and get the job done right. To know they are contracted with the carousel dealership but still retain their independence is everything you need to not have to worry about the typical less than desirable dealership auto body experience. “Every human should be taking their vehicles to this shop! Please, recommend this shop to everyone you know as well! The transmission went out in my van last night an hour from my home. I have $8 in my bank account currently because life, you know. I called so many places for just a tow and the prices were outrageous and everyone wanted the money same day, although I can pay in less than a week on payday.
Rocky with this shop was an absolute God send today! He came to me even though his shop closed for the day. He got a towing company to tow my van back to his shop. And he already got me an estimate less than 4 hours later (even though his shop is closed for the day!). The estimate he gave me is obviously a lot of money because it's a transmission BUT he gave me a detailed breakdown of all the charges and about 85% of the estimate is just for parts and supplies! At any other shop that estimate would be double due to labor.
One of the last things he said to me today before sending me on my way while he got my van towed and secured for the evening was that "we all have to look out for each other" when I mentioned how all the other tow companies want to charge $300 to $500. That statement he made ("we all have to look out for each other") told me I was in the best hands and this will be all ok!!
You and all of your family and friends should be using this shop! Rocky is such a kind and amazing human who saved my life today so that I can focus just on my work.
