Just recently came back to this location from using the Urbandale location for a few years. What a disappointment! Make sure you wear flip flops, sock or ask for an extra towel to put on floor, the floor is filthy!Service: Sunbed tanning

Because of the fire we have to go to different locations. They don't have the same equipment that I am paying for in my monthly package. Seriously considering canceling my existing membership.

The answer to everything is call corporate, corporates answer, talk to the store. One ok/decent bed that is completely hard to get to because other location closed for awhile.Staff is actually very friendly but they have hardly any beds, and no tools to work with. It feels like they've been put on an island and left alone.They need better tools, the app fixed and help from corporate.I can't believe the people can be so patient.

WHY WONT THEY TELL US IS IF WAS A TANNING BED THAT CAUGHT ON FIRE?I was stunned to see police tape across their doors at the Marion location. This is the one that I use. Apparently a fire occurred and the news paper wrote that, “Two people were transported via ambulance with serious injuries.”I went to the nearest location to understand what happened and I needed to know if it was one of their tanning beds that caught fire but they REFUSED TO ANSWER. She just callously kept saying they couldn’t comment on if it was a tanning bed that caught fire and then she promptly asked if I wanted to use theirs. They have to know that their customers would be worried after learning this. It’s stressful not knowing if it was staff that became injured. They have very nice people working at that location.They didn’t even send out emails to let us know the location shut down.To answer Sun Tan city. Your customer service never asked me for my account. My annual membership expired on the 11th. I’m not sure when the fire happened but my last tan was right around the 9th. I went to the Marion location yesterday to renew my annual and saw the police tape. So yes I am a customer and yes please let us know more information when you can

Suntan city is the best choice in the corridor for tanning, however Hiawatha seems to be lagging behind the other locations with only 1 spray tan bed and shortened hours (including not open at all on Sunday) . Please hire the appropriate staff and let this store catch up with tjr other 2!

Been tanning here since they opened and recently have stopped going to this location because they never change the bulbs in the beds, but it is clean and has a very nice staff.
