Needed some urgent work done on pretty short notice. I wish I got their names but I was helped by two different guys in two weeks. The owner (I believe) was coming off a vacation and was definitely catching up on things he missed out on. That didn’t matter as he was able to get my urgent work done, and order and replace my tires in the same day. They were very nice and attentive.

Took my daughters vehicle in for an issue and asked them to check vehicle over, Ben called me and took the time to explain and price what they had found. Work was done in a timely manner and I am very happy with repairs and pricing.

Ben and his team are incredibly swift and knowledgeable. I heard (Ben) the new owner was a big Mustang guy so I stopped in to discuss my Fore fuel system. I felt confident having him and his team work on my TT Coyote car. They definitely know their stuff.

My husband and I have trusted Rex and RPM since we moved to Cedar Rapids 40 years ago. He’s been our main source of repair for our Mazda GLC, Volkswagen Jetta, Mini Copperman, and several versions of Jeep Grand Cherokee. He has always been straightforward with us on repairs, and never mislead us. Even telling us when to sell a car because the ongoing upkeep over the value of the car. We recommend RPM to all our friends.

If you want a reliable and honest mechanic Rex and his team do not disappoint at all. Very honest people who will treat you right. The prices are not crazy either. They will never try to upsell you for anything you do not need. Nothing but respect for those guys. Very old school also which is a good thing. I'm just not sure where I'll go once he retires.
