while in person techs are very hekpful, phone customer service is the worst. i shouldn't have to keep repeating myself over and over again. asking me for receipts i don't have, asking when i received my last order. why would i keep or remember that information. i need a specifc nasal mask and they continously send the wrong one. i've tried online, i've tried over the phone, nothing seems to matter. i thing i'm gonna do what my doc suggested and try other med supply stores.

I had a fabulous experience at Rotech! I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and it’s kicking the heck out of the quality of my life. My doctor referred me and I met with Dustin and he sent me up with a machine! And the supplies to get started. He answered all my questions and so very knowledgeable. He was also very kind and very patient and And that was very helpful to me so that I could move with confidence into using this equipment every night. It is a lot to deal with on an every night basis but Dustin made the experience so much easier by setting me up to help me out and to get what I need. It’s been several days since I started using this equipment and it’s going very well actually! Thank you Dustin! Also staff Alicia and Ian also took great care of me. When I contacted them and when I walked into the facility they made me feel very welcome and cared for and so very helpful! It’s wonderful to be getting the help I need for such a serious situation.

After more than a month of trying to order my medical supplies, I gave up and called my medical referral point of contact to re-directed my referral to my old supplier from out of state. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they said they would call me if they needed more documents but never did. I had to follow up with them every week to make sure they received my paperwork. After every follow up, they asked for my number again and said they will call me in case I needed more documents but again they never call me back. Sometimes when I called and the person helping me was off, they said if I wanted to leave a message for them to call me back but he never did. They asked to email them my documents to upload/ scan it to their system but I didn't receive a confirmation email so when I called them they said they haven't scanned my documents. I know its my responsibility to give you my medical documents but why does it feel like I'm the one making sure they do their job? I never had this much trouble ordering supplies so how do I know you need more documents if you don't call me and tell me? Ok, I call with a follow up only to find out you need X, or off from work, or not available, or that you haven't scanned in my documents. Does this place have a policy that doesn't allow them to call their new customers to inform them, ask questions, explain the process or just a quick update? This place is the most unhelpful medical supply store I have ever experience. It honestly felt like I needed to beg them to help me order my medical supplies.

Rotech was recommended by the social worker when my family member was discharged from the hospital. Figuring out new medical supplies can be a challenge and Rotech has been great. Super patient with great follow-up. Dustin, in particular, has helped us navigate a complicated situation, including going to the patient (saving us a trip!). I can't thank them enough for their ongoing help at improving lives. THANK YOU!
