My wife and I worked with Perry Hagen and Mike Marsack to purchase a new Volvo XC-90. Delightful experience, never felt any pressure at all. Perry was responsive to our questions before we decided to buy and worked with us to make sure we were making a good choice for our situation. I would recommend working with them.

Absolutely spectacular customer care and support. My Volvo need a big repair that took a couple weeks for parts and installation. The quote was very accurate (actual cost was 250 less than the estimate). Communication was great. I was able to complete all of the transactions over the phone (thanks Alicia!). They made all accommodations to fit my schedule. I will never go anywhere else.

Junge North Liberty you destroyed my three year old BMW and now won’t fix it. Wow. Routine oil change and the car blows up less than three miles, but not their fault. Horrible service. Took 7 weeks to tell me not their fault. Car was fine before I took it in!!!

Everyone there is very,very polite, and full of positive energy.They will go far and beyond to get you in a new car.They helped my daughter as well as my husband and IMr. Junge even came up to me and shook my hand. Now that's what I call personalized!I recommend these guys to everyone, young, old, 1st car, just go check them out.

We had a really great experience at Junge Volvo. The team (Anne, Skip, and Michael) that we worked with were professional, kind, and honest throughout the entire afternoon. They helped make sure we got the right model and trim that we wanted, and dealt with some tricky Illinois taxes for us as well.I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a Volvo!

They’re okay… Wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but I was disappointed with the amount of effort it took to leave with a car the same day and some promises fell through after the car was bought. Would’ve been easier to buy through the Volvo website, and then I could’ve got the exact car and trim I wanted if I had gone the online route. Next time I will likely skip the dealership.

I recently purchased a used Volvo XC60 from Junge in Hiawatha. I really enjoyed the process. I worked with salesman Perry. He took the time to explain all the details about the car and made sure I was connected to the Volvo app with all my car’s details. Andrew the sales manager was great to work with and gave me a fair deal on my car. Zach in their finance department was efficient and friendly. Every step of the process was smooth and I appreciate that.

This is my second new Volvo XC60 purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tylor Rickard throughout the whole sales process! With the way inventory has been with vehicles, it was interesting to say the least, but he took care of me and made sure I got the exact features and car I wanted. Tylor was knowledgeable and fun to work with! I came back to purchase another Volvo because I loved my car and the service guys and gal ALWAYS take care of me. The entire team at Junge Volvo is the best.
