We needed a realtor to assist us with buying a house in the CR metro. We were living in New England and chose Denise based on other reviews from out of state buyers. Denise was very helpful with explaining the differences between purchasing in IA and what we were used to in NE. She was prompt with her answers anytime we had a question - excellent communication. She also pointed out issues with some of the properties we looked at that we hadn’t noticed and weren’t apparent from the online listing. We were picky buyers. It took a few trips to IA to find something we liked and we appreciated her patience with us. She wanted us to find the right house, not just a house

Brooke Graff was great to work with! We had many boxes to check, and she was so patient and tried so hard to find us what we were looking for. Not kidding! She probably showed us 50 houses or more, and worked hard to accommodate our schedule since we live 160 miles away. Such a sweet girl! We ended up buying a bit of a project. But with the price of houses these days, price was a big box to check. Style, location, 3 car garage, and affordability, most of our boxes have been checked. Now we are looking forward to turning it into our home. Brooke works hard for the buyer, which we appreciated very much. We're sure you'll love working with her like we did.

Finding and working with Brooke has been absolutely incredible, she has made this experience so easy and amazing I have and would recommend her to absolutely anybody. From helping with financing, to insurance, to utility transfers she does it all, and her personality and attitude are outstanding, she goes so far out of her way for her customers she makes your experience one of a kind. I know she has definitely been our angel and I have called upon her many times, you have no worries you are always in Brooks back pocket she always has your back!!

I can’t say enough good things about Denise. She’s an absolute dream! So easy to work with! She takes everything into consideration and leaves no stone unturned. She makes herself available and keeps in steady communication at nearly any time of day. Denise literally “knows a guy” that can take care of anything related to the home-buying process (and beyond), so I really didn’t have to do much legwork at all. She really goes that extra mile for her clients and puts in the work to make the whole process flow smoothly and seamlessly. She helped me find what I wanted, within the pice range I needed, and all much sooner than I expected! Couldn’t have done it without her. Highly recommend!

Allison is literally the best. This is the third home she has sold for me and she outdoes herself every time. She provides great insight and really understands the markets and what a property needs/doesn’t need to sell and helps avoid making unnecessary updates or wasting time. She is super flexible and able to adjust on the fly and worked around my odd schedule to get things done/signed. As long as she is around, I’ll never work with anyone else.

We are originally from Iowa and decided to return after living 20 years out of state. While researching housing options online we started working with Denise at Graf Real Estate. When we came to area to purchase she made herself available in adverse weather conditions to show properties. We made an offer that day that was accepted. She has also referred us to other services locally we are in need of. Additionally she assisted with a minor issue after closing that was completely resolved the same day. If we were to purchase again in the area we would use her.
