I really liked that she started at the lower priced mattresses first and gradually moved up. Ray did a great job of balancing us and another set of buyers that walked in after us. I feel their prices are slightly better than other stores. We are very happy with our experience at Midwest Mattress.”

Not Mattress by appointment. Mattress by appointment allowed me to give my son a bed he so needed for a major surgery. Ron is personable and breaks down what each high quality mattress allows. I highly recommend and thankyou Ron for making this experience smooth for our family in these tough times.”

“Matt was absolutely amazing assisting us pick out the perfect bed! He took his time and educated us on the differences. Then he had us try different ones after asking us our sleep habits and what type of issues we were having that lead us to Lebeda. Matt is very knowledgeable and patient. We never felt pressured and we knew his goal was to find the best bed for us no other motive. Lebada really should promote Matt to a manager of his own store before someone else does! We are so happy with our Aurora Hybrid Plush and adjustable base!”

Although we didn’t buy a mattress they have a wide variety of mattresses we were interested in and had competitive pricing and options that almost had me strap a king size mattress to the top of a small crossover. When we do have the space available we will be purchasing the mattress through them.”
“This place once was where you would go to find a great deal. Prices on some items are higher than what you would find at Menard's or Harbor Freight.More than average number of the staff are grouchy.Overall, I still like this store and visit monthly.”

“Ashland was great!! She was friendly and informative, very helpful throughout the whole process. Explained how the bed would work thru the app since used to remotes but did explain remotes would be coming later if wished to get one. She made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable not stressful or pushy at all. Would recommend her to everyone who needed a bed.”

“So excited for a good night sleep on our new Lebeda mattress. Sad that it's taken me as long as it has to go with a Lebeda, given the name. We were treated very nicely by Cindy and really appreciated the detail she went into explaining the differences in the construction of the different beds on display.For clarity, Lebeda was started by my great uncle Jim Lebeda but our branch was never involved, and I believe he sold the company many years ago.”
“We had a wonderful experience. The store manager was very knowledgeable and gave good advice. They were even willing to make some custom changes for us. We got the dining table chairs we wanted. They are beautiful, very well built, sturdy and so comfortable to sit on. They were more expensive than in other stores, but not as much as you might think. Totally worth it. You get solid wood with amazing craftsmanship, made in the US. Since they were built to order they took ~3 months to arrive but it was worth the wait. Will buy from them again.”
“Solid experience shopping with reasonable, expected prices on quality furniture. The person who helped us was awesome (had Frida Kahlo on her arm but I'm bad with names) and was very willing to help with whatever we needed help with. She let us be and shop but checked in on us periodically and gave us some info as we went. It wasn't overbearing - it was just right! (I've been in customer service for all of my adult life so I know it's a balance and she achieved it!) I have nothing but positive things to say right now. We have delivery and haul away scheduled for next week. Very excited!”

“Stun-ning! I came in here today, just to browse and they have all of their Christmas decorations out and multiple trees decorated. I told the staff I kind of wanted to live there. To have a home decorated the way they show how different rooms can look, it was stunning. I bought a few things and I thought it was very reasonable. If you have a free hour, stop by, especially now when it’s decorated for the holiday. It’s a wonderland!”
