I had a fantastic experience in the express lane today! Andrew Naber was very attentive and answered all my questions about my car in a way I could understand. They even sent me a video to address a concern on my vehicle so that I could see what was going on for myself. Turnaround time was fast and efficient. I had an excellent experience purchasing my first car here. Jorge was very friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. He answered all questions I had, and worked diligently to try and find the best deal for me as efficiently as possible. We had a great experience with Joe Vogt at the dealership! Joe went above and beyond. He was a great communicator and was always quick to respond. We were able to come to a mutual agreement on a used vehicle and I absolutely love it! We really enjoyed our experience with Joe and the dealership as a whole.

So impressed with my car buying experience. From my rep, Zoey to the sales manager, Tanner and Danny in finance. It was quick, it was easy, the pricing was competitive, and their service was amazing. They made me feel like I was the only one who had ever bought a car. Keep up the great work.

This was our first time to buy a car at Dave Wright Nissan. Anthony helped us find what we were looking for! His communication was excellent & he was so personable. He offered us snacks & drinks & made sure we were comfortable. It was such a smooth process from beginning to end. When we got to the dealership, Anthony had the 2 cars we were interested in parked in front & ready for us to test drive. Even before we got there he sent me a narrated video of the nice features of the car. We have never had this type of service before. It was very much appreciated! We will definitely remember this when we are car shopping again in the future! Thanks Anthony & Dave Wright team for helping us find exactly what we were looking for!

I will never buy a vehicle from them, ever again. We bought a used truck from them. In the last year, the service department has had our truck more than we have. We were told it was under warranty, and they would fix it. After all this time and going back and forth, they couldn't fix it. We took it to Iowa City. But we are supposed to pay for it. NOT FAIR

Service price is too high. $99.99. This is first time i came for service here. I always go to Iowa City Nissan they charge $50 for servicing. Do the same thing as you did. They don't charge labour for this work. I hope you consider this to remove labour charge for oil change or filter change. It's not a very big task.

We have still not heard back about what our purchased car warranty will cover of the RECALL repair that has expired. We have called and texted the representative several times and still have no answers. It has been nearly a week. Communication once you leave the dealership is subpar.

Michael Trent and the rest of the staff at Dave Wright Subaru made our first time there very enjoyable. We never dreamed they'd be able to pull off such a miracle as they did and now we're the proud owners of a 2017 Chevy Impala.
