“I was sent to Seams Easy by a friend of a friend, who is also quite petite and apparently brings literally all her pants here. This was my second time bringing Loiza something on short notice and she's delivered with room to spare. I don't think my alterations were terribly complicated, but she makes the entire process feel painless either way. Not only is she a talented seamstress, she is a master of time management because her little shop is always busy yet she's always willing to take a new project. Her rates feel fair and affordable, especially considering I put her in a time crunch. I'm so glad to have found Loiza so I can be a little more worry free when clothes shopping as a short gal :)”
“This place is filled with all kinds of unique shirts that are related to Iowa and more so to Cedar Rapids. It also has some fun stickers, water bottles, journals, candles and so much more. They have an upstairs also. Don't forget to take in the whole experience.”

“My fiancé and I needed to exchange a pair of jeans we ordered online. Sarah met us at the door, processed our return jeans, credited our account, and gave us a printout to present to the cashier in the store. The line in store was quite long but it gave me the opportunity to browse around the store. The sign outside of the store advertising 60% off clearance intrigued me so I went to the "clearance" jeans rack. When I spoke with an associate inquiring about the 60% off I was informed the "clearance jeans" are NOT part of the 60% sale. Folks this is "bait and switch" absolutely NOTHING on the 60% off posted sign outside American Eagle stated that "jeans" were NOT included. Nevertheless I was gravely disappointed. However, on a lighter note, the current in store sales of buy one get one 50% off are a fantastic deal! I absolutely praise Sarah whom helped us upon arrival with our exchange. Sarah was polite, efficient and knew what she was doing!!! Sarah is the reason why I'm giving American Eagle 5 stars!!!! On the other hand, the associate I spoke with in the store was a snob.”

“I needed to switch pharmacies when I changed insurance. The pharmacist told me insurance wasn’t going through for my meds. He took the time to contact the insurance company and after some discussion, resolved the problem so my insurance covered it. They’ve always been kind and respectful.”
