Zanrina. Somehow she was able to pull down from the ceiling after an 1 hour and 20 minute wait on the service help. She was outstanding. So helpful and calm and yes successful get everything updated. The other young man was also understanding and calming.

Great customer service. I usually go to the 1st Ave location and these guys are so much more helpful, knowlegable and friendly. I will go out of my way to come to this location from now on.
