Abra was so great to work with! Dalton was great at answering all my questions, and I continually received updates throughout the entire process. I never wondered what was next or needed to call for the status. They made me aware of all the options along the way as well. I recommend!

I was surprised there was no discount on what I was quoted since the job took less than 10 minutes. It was explained to me that they would have to take part of the door apart and it would take at least an hour or more..it took less than 10 minutes.

Easy to get an estimate and it was explained in detail and how the process worked. Scheduled the appointment and discussed amount of time needed to finish the work, two weeks. On Friday of the first week received a phone call explaining the progress of the work and they did not see any problems completing work by end of next week. Car was finished on time and it looked great. The paint job was fantastic. I would recommend ABRA as a place to go for collision repairs.

We had been hit by a driver that had Bristol West insurance. The company wasn’t responsive to our inquiries. Rich Lyle and his staff were extremely helpful in assisting us to navigate through the process. Our vehicle looks wonderful, repair time was reasonable, drop off and pick up were very easy. Wow, wow and wow, what amazing customer service from the entire staff at Abra. This was my first time dealing with them, I will never take my car anywhere else. From the time I walked in until I got dropped off at Enterprise I was treated like I was the most important customer to them. They went out of their way to make sure I had an amazing experience and I did. Great job Abra!

They were quick to fix the damage to my car. The only thing that delayed the repair was a part that was sent was delayed. Not their fault..
