Casey's is good. Seem to struggle with good help..... Maybe a little higher pay would attract a little better worker? Whatever Kwik Trip does works really well for them

Ordered half taco and half pepperoni. The half taco wasn't made right, no lettuce, chips, or hot sauce. Just had the beans cheese and sausage.

Ordered 4 pizzas on the cases app which said 30 minutes. Also prior to ordering called the store to confirm the time and was told 35 minutes. Got to the store and pizza wasn't even made yet. Person working said it would be another 30 minutes. Over an hour to get 4 pizzas. Ridiculous

They told me they would not make my sub they I asked why they said online orders only so I had to order online then I asked for manger then u asked them for district manger and the manger is not making my sub wow customer is at your store and u tell them u can’t help them

Every single time we order pizza here, we get told half an hour when it can be done in 15 minutes easy. They tell us 30 minutes and when you go in to pick it up, they haven't even started on it. It's like they don't start on it until you show up. Warmers are usually empty. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EATING OR BUYING THINGS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! You WILL be disappointed here regardless of your prior beliefs with this store. And constant inappropriate music in the kitchen.

I swear that these stores have gone downhill terrible. A guy goes in at lunch time and the warmers are empty ALL THE TIME. With probably no intentions of filling them. They also have to hire a staff that is out of the lazy teenager stage and work like real people. By far Hawarden Iowa store is the worst store in the state. Why are they even open!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't keep employees, barely make pizzas or take orders, constantly out of products, its gone downhill over the last few years. I would recommend getting something to eat elsewhere.

We should have checked the pizzas before leaving, they were so undercooked the dough stayed glued to the cardboard.
