I set there and ask for some spoons For ice cream and this guy who was making. The sandwiches was very rude and was yelling at me. I ignored him then one of the workers that was up front came by and gave me some spoons for me and my mother and the lady that was. There she was very polite and she says I'll have your mom in my prayers. I was floored.”

1101 NE 56th St, Pleasant Hill“I really like to shop here and do all the things to get fuel discounts but they are very difficult to redeem. I have gone in the store and the clerks and managers are unable to get the discount, then as soon as I fuel it gives the credit for the next purchase. I even got the credit card for the fuel discount but it is also difficult to get the credit. Update contact corporate office and issues resolved.”

“Thank you for making sure that you had eggs for your breakfast, pizza and bacon and cheese. It was very much appreciated. On a Saturday morning when I checked two of the Casey's in Knoxville, Iowa and one Casey's at echo valley in Des Moines and all of them are out of that stuff kudos to the kitchen manager. I appreciate it.”

5550 E University Ave, Pleasant Hill“Just ordered 2 pizzas today from the Casey’s on University. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but I have to say they were the best! Taco one had the lettuce, tomatoes & chips & it tasted so good. Likewise the pepperoni one great too. Just a little brown on the bottom but otherwise good. Thank you!”

1101 E 2nd Ave, Indianola“Casey’s pizza and breadsticks are always amazing (the breadsticks are definitely my weakness). The kitchen staff always goes above and beyond to make the order perfect especially with my allergies to certain foods. The customer service is absolutely amazing and will always recommend the East Casey’s in Indianola
Kid-friendliness: The employees always interact with my 2 year old son (which he loves) he is always smiling and laughing”

“This is a negative positive review. Placed an order for a large pizza around 5:30 it said it’d be ready at 6:22 with a 40 minute wait. My folks said ok to it. Got there a little after 6 and looked around before going to the window for pickup at 6:20. They said it had just been put in the oven and it’d be 6 minutes because at the time there was only one person in the kitchen but it was almost 6:45 by the time they made the pizza. Devin said we could get a free fountain drink, case of donuts, and put our name down for a free pizza with our next visit. He apologized and asked how long we’d been waiting. Thank you for the great customer service experience and unexpected surprises”
“Git-N-Go has been at this location for a while but this building is completely new. The inside is clean, new, and well-lit with all of the things that you would expect to be able to buy at a convenience store. They do not make any food here, but there is pre-packaged food to buy as well as coffee.”
