I did have to wait quite awhile. There were no chairs for customers to sit on while waiting. An elderly woman came in after me and I felt bad for her having to stand there and wait and not be able to rest. Finally a young man came in for his shift and he helped me right away. My phone was on the verge of crashing. I had viruses and no memory left. He said he'd never seen such a mess. I felt special (:...I left my phone with him overnight coz he asked if I had anywhere I needed to be that day. I just wanted it fixed. I don't want to know about any particulars. Just want it to work. I picked it up the next day and it was running I no like new. He definitely knew his business and was a life saver. Thank you!@ All for free, free, free free free!!
