“I called Staples Sunday to find out if I could get a large document scanned. I was assured that someone would be there who could do that. When i went to the print services area the person (Izzy) calmly told me that he was a trainee but that his manager was headed our way. He explained to Tony, his manager what I wanted. Tony immediately engaged Izzy in learning the process. I was immediately struck by the courtesy they showed me and the manner in which Tony interacted with trainee Izzy. In a world where rude is often the norm, it was really refreshing to see all around courtesy. Plus, the large scan was done quickly. Thank you Tony and Izzy!.”
“I printed a label online and dropped off my package at this location. The gentleman at the desk was helpful, providing the plastic sleeve for my label and answering my questions. I could have had this location print my label and pay for it here instead. Good to know for next time. They are closed from 1-1:30 for lunch. The FedEx website suggested a shipping location much farther away. Glad I tried here first.”
