Horrible service. Dejected attitude from the salesperson from the beginning. But after dealing with them for awhile...I'm feeling rather dejected myself. Ordered several expensive parts. Took a week to receive. Tried installing part #1 only to find that the part did not fit. So I called the salesperson and she quickly and curtly told me that it wasn't her problem that she ordered the correct part and that I needed to call Winnebago Cares to figure out the issue. So I took down the # and called Winnebago Cares and explained the issue to Tracey. Who then told me that it was the incorrect part and gave me the correct part number to give to the salesperson at Mobility RV. (What a goat-rope!) So I called the not so pleasant salesperson back at Mobility RV and told her what Tracey at Winnebago Cares said. Mindy, the Mobility RV salesperson curtly said she would call me back. She calls me back and says that the part # that Tracey gave me was discontinued by Winnebago and replaced with the part she ordered and sent to me and that it was the correct one. So I said okay, well...it doesn't fit. So she said..well...not my problem...you have to call Winnebago Cares to see how to make it fit. So again...I tell her...it's not rocket science it's simply putting a rod into a hole. But I play the game and call Winnebago Cares again. This time I talk to Brian and he confirms that the part sent is supposed to be the correct part. He requests a video to see exactly how the rod is not fitting into the torque operator. So I send it. The video was also sent to Mobility RV per request.My husband later calls Mobility RV thinking he can get better customer service only to get the same disgusting behavior.I would avoid dealing with this company if you can.

Sold my Winnebago and bought another brand RV because of these guys.Bought many parts from them and when a small problem arose they didn’t stand behind it. Part arrived broken do to improperly packaged. UPS even recognized the damage but these guys turned into jerks. After that one incident they were a pain to deal with.

I submitted a parts request on the website in the evening and the next morning I received an email with the details, price, and photos of the parts. I was going to be driving by their shop in a few days and they had my order ready to pick two days before I got there. Great personal service!

Needed a plastic trim piece for my motohome. Asked if it came with the necessary brackets and was told yes. Needless to say it didn't come with them so called back and requested the front bracket. They sent me the rear bracket which I managed to bend and get working. Not impressed...

I didnt think businesses like this still existed. They answer the phone, are knowledgeable and treat the customer with respect. Im delighted I found them and plan on working with them again.

I was having trouble getting key blanks for my 2021 Winnebago View house door.My Winnebago dealership wasn't able to obtain in these keys. Sheila the Mobility RV rep was able to locate these Keys and ship them to my residence. This door was fabricated in Italy and it was Impossible to find replacement keys.Will be back for my Winnebago Parts needs!

They sell expensive parts that break on install and do not stand behind their products. I ordered weep hole covers for my rv. Little plastic part cost $4.35 each. Total order was over $94.00 and they charged shipping and handling fees. When I installed them the little tabs broke off nearly half of them. Reached out to them by email and was ignored. Tried calling but no one answered. Finally contacted them again from their website and this is all I received from Carla."We sell a large quantity of these weep hole covers every month and have never run across this issue."Their customer service is non-existent! DO NOT buy from this company!! They will rip you off!

These people are jerks. I stopped in with an emergency need for water in the radiator of a vehicle which had been stolen from me and which I had retrieved from an impound lot. They refused to help by letting me have water from a spigot.

We had called and ordered a part and there was a break down in communication. John really went out of his way to make it right! We were very pleased in the way things were handled.

They not only gave a writtten quote and then reassured of the price but after they charged us they called asking for more money. Then sales rep Tyler transfered to the Manager who proceeded to threaten a disabled and retired Veteran. So yeah. Basically they are liars and phone warriors. Quote " You better watch what you say because words can get you in a lot of trouble." This was after Tyler was asked what he was talking about and why the price went up 100. They are scammers and liars. We have all emails and quoted price in writing. Also, who threatens a disabled Veteran?.... Who raised a person like that.... Anyway, it concerns me that people with no sense of decency, respect or common sense, are able to be in charge of things like customer service, inventory or money.
