I have only wonderful things to say about the Vet and staff here. I moved here in June 2024 and had my fur babies needing to be neutered, and I had such caring staff help me through one of the most difficult times when my elderly cat had to be put down. If you need a Vet in this area, I would strongly recommend them.

I got turned away because there were no open spots to bring my cat in even after I told them it was an emergency, and yes I called the emergency line several times. It went unanswered. I got told to try pumpkin and water after stating that I had already tried and he wouldn't take either.
I got my cat into a different vet 10 minutes away. Sadly my cat ended up dying in my car on the way to the other vet further away. I have never felt more helpless in a situation than I did today.

Didn't have a good experience. Had questions about my cat. Instead of seeing him they told us to just feed him pumpkin and go about our way. My cat ended up passing away on the way to a vet further away.

Such a shame Hampton has such a bad local vet center. Dr. Vosburg is the only good thing about this place but good luck getting him. Older receptionist is rude and has a terrible attitude in person and on the phone. She must be related to someone there. If you care about your pet and you live in Hampton you’re better off traveling some distance elsewhere.

Just took our dog Dewy in to see the DVM. Very informative the doc really took his time explaining everything thoroughly. I'm betting I had more questions than most and he answered all of them. I think we have found Dewy his primary care provider. Highly recommended ?

Have needed emergency vet services twice. Once a few years ago. That dog died because we couldn’t get him to a vet in time. And today! Both times I have left messages and both times I’ve never been called back! Unfortunate that our local vet is so unreliable. Why have a emergency line if you never pick up and never call people back!
