Going to the store to fix a phone issue is unpleasant and stressful. Not if you are lucky to have the privilege to be served by a knowledgable, friendly and courteous professional like Ari. We were in and out within 20 mins and we got all our phone problems solved and now we are relieved!! Never been happier with customer service! Thank you Ari!!

Kayla goes above and beyond with her customer service. She stayed almost 2 hours after her store closing time to try and get my number to work going from postpaid to prepaid. Unfortunately the tech on the phone she was working with disconnected her and she was unable to get back thru to them. I recommend Kayla for all your needs with your phone. She is a very dedicated person and cares for her customer.
