By far a great experience at this particular US cellular. Breanna was Completely professional and respectful and genuinely took the issue at hand very serious and was able to save me from spending alot of money so she Found a option and ended up being still under warranty. Definitely recommend stopping by for any needs..

It's kind of like going into a store that allows vendors to flag you down to sell their service, who tell you their service works "everywhere" and you say I've been on your service and there's many places I had terrible service if any.. no knowledge of the right processes and infoI'M ABOUT TO CALL CUSTOMER RETENTION AND COMPLAIN.I visited the store because my battery life went down drastically in a area that I never had problems before, apps were logged out that were not intended to be, the data was crawling when it even worked.● WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN• POOR COMMUNICATION when she had my phone in hand and starts deleting things left and right, much without asking and not telling me what she's done□ stored passwords, was 168 before, now 5, one of which is my Healthcare provider and it's a password you have to show ID at the hospital to reset, and of course over a hours drive away.□ tries to delete my home internet providers apps, WHOA, just because it's another company that actually provides a speedy connection that's stable, NO GO LADY□ Chrome windows, as many technical videos I've watched, they instruct you if a tab for a Chrome accessed website is not used, it's unloaded from memory I had over 100 that she closed with no approval, many were none of her business□ TELLS HER SUPERVISOR she's cleared all of Google, not telling me what she's done, I call that supervisor the next day, my helper (now I wonder if that's a good term to use) is out and she doesn't know what she did□ I ask about the warranty I pay dearly for as to its deductible she unfolds the brochure and pushes it to me, not looking at the inside cover fold out and the table provided, which it's there unmistakably in black and white, a drop has caused the back to come loose on a corner and the glass on the back camera has a hole and sharp edges.□ I ask about the offer on a second line, and RUNS MY CREDIT without telling me or getting my approval, A FEDERAL LAW VIOLATION, which two days later another branch of the same authorized dealer who was more helpful and says "we won't need to run it for 89 days" which tells me one of the two ran it and she acts like I didn't ask.□ apps she's deleted, except one social media websites own app, everything has been downloaded from Google Play or the Galaxy Store, both certified their app stores, come on, malwarebytes 20+ years as a trusted app, she deletes it, McAfee, gone, saying I don't need that kind of protection□ photos - I look for a screenshot of a recent business transaction I need to keep an eye on. It's gone, who knows□ She tells me I have a virus and sends me home□ I log into the US Cellular web site, which tells me I'm eligible for a early upgrade, she told me I had 6 monthly payments left before I could, US CELLULAR said different● I visited another store of the same authorized dealer, per US CELLULAR Website, nothing she did can be reversed, and I even asked before the first lady started wanting to delete stuff to get a backup, she blew it off.

Had great service. Had to transfer company's and was at a complete loss. Got the help I needed and set up. Would recommend.

Trying to coerce my elderly mother in to buying a new phone as she was already on a 4G phone, but tried to strong her to upgrade today otherwise she will never be able to buy a 4G or 5G again from them.It is illegal to lie and try to exploit the elderly let alone this place clearly has zero ethics.In reply. Stop the lies as it was a local number sent from 641 area code and then when called you tried to strong arm her in to needing to buy a phone. It was also from your local store associate last name Chappell.I bought her 4G phone for her myself so US cellular turning off 3G is irrelevant. Your associated threatened to shut off her service if she didn't buy a phone by the weekend.US Cellular corporate confirmed definitely not them as already had a long conversation including legal dialogs.

Grinnell is full of old people so it feels really scammy and they make it sound very confusing to up-charge people. Bad attitude too:/ lame

Sending threatening texts to elderly customers (who have a 4G phone) threatening to turn of cell service if a 5G phone is not purchased "this weekend" is not only unprofessional but is unethical, fraudulent, and coercion of elders.
