0000. Wish I could give zero. Extremely rude and arrogant. Will not let you speak on the phone and automatically begin to interrogate you in the rudest way. Will show up any given time , when they are supposed to schedule( i came home to a guy sittig on my porch loitering,,, the landlord contacted him to come and he was supposed to call to schedule with me but Never did.. and then they blame it on you. Also will proceed to lie about stuff straight to you then turn around and lie to your landlord too if you have one... Said I didn't let them in last time, which is absolute nonsense. He couldn't figure out what it was that day, my assumption is its to hard for them. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, the attitude and disrespect alone is enough for 0 stars. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Had an issue with a Sony TV a few years back. Sony themselves stated that Starnes was the authorized repair location, but when I called Starnes I was told they wouldn't even take a look at my TV, and claimed Sony sent all their "junk" TVs to the big box stores and I should have known better than to by one there.Surprised this place is still in business with customer service like that.

Wish I could put zero stars, walked in asked for help with a dryer belt i showed him pictures of dryer but could not find model number he was very rude and got an attitude and said "wanna play guessing games I have 101 belts you can try, can't help you" I called another place didn't even need to give model number just location of lint trap and he got me the right belt in less then 5 min. Thanks for nothing Starnes.

Very poor service. Called re our ice make in Samsung refrigerator. Was told had to order part. A month later called to check and told it could take 3 to 4 Mos more. Very poor communication and follow through. We bought this refrigerator on owners recommendation. But not happy with it at all.

Little pricey compared to Home DePot or Lowe’s, or any other big name corporation. But ordered here because the quick turn around date and wanted to buy local to help support small business owners. Was supposed to be in 7-8 July but after calling was told not till late July. Called again today and the gentleman answering the phone was rude and probably shouldn’t be in the sales/customer service industry. He interrupted me as I was explaining my frustration. He was very quick to refund my money instead of working out a solution. (Discount, different model refrigerator, etc etc). Guess that’s why Walmart, Home Depot and Lowe’s are so successful. I wouldn’t waste my time or money to deal with them again. I suggest that you go for cheaper, reliable shipping times and customer service, which is not this place. Just got a better deal with Best Buy and I get the refrigerator this Sunday!!!
