I'm only writing a review about the O'Reilly's WEB PAGE. The web page is junk. I type in a make and model and it gives me the part in all models, I can't specifically look up a make and model such as a 1996 Chevy Blazer serpentine belt ? what comes up are serpentine belts for a Mazda or Honda etc. etc. ridiculous.?

Seems to have alot of turn over. Some times the younger guys are not as motivated or knowledgeable. You must be very clear and precise as to what you need or are looking for or you can walk out with the wrong part.

Last 3 times I'll ran to Grinnell store because my local store didn't have the part on hand. I'll encounter the same store associate who Differently needs customer service classes. Just like baseball 3 strikes you out. I'm Differently contracting the manager.

We broke down on a road trip before Thanksgiving, with a failed alternator. This O'Reilly had one compatible with our car in stock, and was thankfully open the evening before Thanksgiving that it happened. They also provided some tools to assist in our repair. Friendly people and great service, thank you!
