About Grinnell Veterinary Clinic, LLP
The Grinnell Veterinary Clinic was purchased in approx. 1968 by Dr. William O. Schroeder at 5th Ave. Court in Grinnell from Dr. Rainey. Within the next few years Dr. Merle Doty and Dr. Darwin Kinne both became partners and worked until retirement. When Dr. Schroeder left the practice in 1975,the location of the clinic was moved to the Spaulding Building on 4th Ave. In 1978, a new building was built at the present location on Hwy 146. In 2006, the present clinic was built next to the old one, with the old one being torn down.
