I have been in multiple Casey’s throughout multiple states and I have to comment that they had the best Casey donuts I have ever tasted. I had a apple fritter and a turnover that were heavenly. Service was outstanding as usual.

As of 12/21/23. Smallest of the 4 in Grinnell. Weird layout, single bathroom in their backroom area. This might of been a mom & pop gas station prior to Casey's.

It must've been blindfold day in the kitchen, or they had to make my food in a rush at gunpoint. More than half of my taco pizza BARELY shared the thimble's worth of tomatoes they managed to scrape together to pair with the head of lettuce they didn't spend more than 3 seconds chopping. BTW, the BROWN lettuce doesn't just go on the pizza anyway. it was all wilted, but maybe that's the delivery method choosing at fault there.And CUT THE MF! it's like you're not even trying! We literally had to rip half or more of each slice to rebuild it.6 Taco Sauce packets?! Half a tiny cup of marinara for the Breadsticks?! SLAP YOURSELF.At least it was cold by the time it arrived by BICYCLE!Hell yeah guys!??

I ordered 3 pizzas last night. 2 out of the 3 were wrong. One had an ingredient that wasn’t suppose to have and other was missing ingredients that I asked for and had ones that I didn’t ask for. I repeated my order like 3 times to make sure it was right and it was still wrong. 1 mess up ok but 2 is ridiculous

I'm am getting tired of Casey's screwing up orders then not refunding me for their error. If I order delivery that means bring everything to my house. Don't ask me to go there and get my missing items. I will not order from here again until you fix this error. No, I will not call again because the last employee wasn't any help.

Young lady at the register seemed very nice. However the older lady in the kitchen was very very rude. The younger lad at the counter was confused about what I was referring to (as I was asking for one of the tobacco products not knowing exactly what it was myself)when the older lady came out of the kitchen very upset without noticeable reason and pointed the product out extremely rudely To not only me, but her fellow employee as well. It seems that every time I come to this Casey’s on the mornings the older blonde woman is in the kitchen I get absolutely ATROCIOUS service. Do not recommend at all. The extra 7 min drive to the interstate Casey’s will give you a much. Much more satisfying customer experience as it seems the majority of Woman being employed by this store do not know how to act when it comes to others
