I'm 10 ft away from the exit door. It's obvious that I'm done shopping as the cart that I am pushing has bagged groceries and items in it. I'm holding a receipt. A woman working at Walmart beats me to the door by a millisecond, she saw me heading towards the door and rushed over to lock it. Now mind you I'm already in the store I'm not trying to get in, I'm trying to get OUT. I am parked right outside the door! She intentionally screwed over there to lock me in and would not unlock it to let me go out. What the hell kind of customer service is that.

Hate self checkouts. We should get a discount for saving them money.
I had to wait 32 mins for someone to authenticat me for a purchase and walking out I get stopped and questioned like a criminal.
Even after finally showing my receipt they kept at it.
Will not return to this location

Store was clean and well stocked. No problem finding an associate if needed. Only annoyance was having to dig the receipt out at the door. Sales associate had to help us ring up the AC unit and we were in sight of the door receipt checker. So no reason to have to dig the stupid receipt out as far as I was concerned but didn't want a hassle. If they don't trust people to ring up their purchases then hire some check out clerks!

I ordered a few things for pickup. I called the store. No one answered. I called again and again. No one answered. People showed up after me and got their stuff. I am not sure why Walmart's staff refused to acknowledge my existence. Maybe they just don't like veterans.

Indont knownifnits the lack of help..or the speed at which they work.
Went to get a few groceries and had to keep asking if they had "more of this". No milk in the coolers, so she stopped and went to get more. Another you guy was stocking. I guess he needed a break because he was standing there just looking through his phone. Needed some creamer..but also was out...but wasnt asking again.

This Walmart has improved, employees are more friendly and more conscious of not getting in customer's way when stocking, and I hardly ever wait long for help at the self checkout. But I wish they'd kept the proper queue setup for self checkout and that they'd stop rearranging stuff. Changing my rating from three to four stars.
