I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic! Dr. Quam is my PCP but I’ve also seen Audrey and Kyle and they are allWonderful! I’ve never felt rushed, unimportant, or anything less than their priority at the time of my visit. They are always accommodating when someone in my family has an urgent need to be seen, even my grandmother who visits from out of state. I feel lucky to have stumble upon this clinic and the competent and caring practitioners! Thanks to all for keeping my family in good health!!!

Audrey is amazing. I have recently had chronic health issues that took months to diagnose and seeing many specialists. She spent a lot of time with me to listen to all my concerns, hear my history, and answer my questions. She truly cares about helping you find answers, and when you find answers she will do a happy dance! I went today with a new concern and she asked, "Why did you come to little ol' me first?" My response was, "I trust you and you listen to me. You make me feel heard." She is a truly caring and kind person that is making a big impact in her patient's lives.

My family has seen Audrey, Bussey, and Kyle. They are all wonderful. Audrey really listens and helps to figure out the answers in all ways possible. It can be difficult to get in here, that's the only downside. Very clean and friendly office.

Might have had a better experience if it wasn’t with Bejarno. This woman told me at my last appointment I have 15 minutes to go over my concerns so I needed to pick my top 3 issues. I found this very unsettling and had to quickly decide what I wanted to discuss. I forgot to mention a medical condition I have because it’s in my medical chart and has been for years so I didn’t prioritize that. Fast forward to now when I need a prescription filled for this. She states she can’t give it to me because she’s never seen me for it. Maybe she would of seen me for it if I was allowed to speak on all of my concerns that day. Also where is the logic in that? If a patient has asthma for example, why would any doctor not be able to prescribe an inhaler? It is necessary for my health and it’s not something I could abuse so I’m struggling to see the logic here.

Dishonest is what I would call this clinic. Appointment that was supposed to be 100% covered by insurance was rescheduled per the doctor DURING the appointment. Brought up a concern during that 30 min conversation and was charged almost $200 for it....that is their justification for the charges. Called and got absolutely nowhere. So if you go in make sure the doctor does their job because you'll get charged either way.

Dr Bussey is our primary doctor here and he’s fantastic with us and our kids. If he’s not available, all the other doctors and nurse practitioners have been equally as great. The online messaging system is super convenient for any questions.

My husband and I see Dr. Quam and have always had professional, good quality office visits. He takes the time to talk with us and we have never felt rushed.

I did not have a good experience at this clinic. I went to Dr. Carin for a mouth issue, not at one point during my visit was I notified that my insurance would not be covering the cost of the appointment. Her prescription for my issue was mouth wash at Walmart. I could of gotten better results using google.
This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this clinic, in the past they have sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy twice.

I've been going here for several years now and haven't had any issues. But, when they charge me $220 for a 5 minute procedure I could have done at home with an over the counter product, that's where I draw the line. I'll be looking for another provider.
