Awful 2nd time I have had problems wont go back again tried to give another chance to see if would make up for last time. Scheduled an oil change, took them 2 hours to do the work, asked them to check my brakes was told it was $40 dollars to check my brakes when the website clearly states they offer multi-point inspections that cover brake inspections. Left my dashboard inside my car covered with dirty handprints, just had cleaned my car and my driver side floor mat was filthy and had footprints. I took pictures. Didn't get updates on where my vehicle was in the process or get my inspection video until I left the dealership. They didn't check my cabin filter inside my car either. Not sure what comes with a multipoint inspection but paying all the extras is crazy. The last time they rotated my tires but didn't balance them, then said I would have to pay $130 to balance them. Try to gouge customers for every dollar and can't even take care of my car and clean the inside of it. I will have to find another place to take my Toyota 4runner somewhere else. Can't even trust Toyota dealership to do an inspection and courtesy check on my brakes.

Wow just amazed at the fair way they treat you here… they don’t try to charge extra for things that you don’t need and that’s a beautiful thing in this economy.

Need a new car battery. The last time I was in for service, .the service person gave me a quote on the new battery. What he did not tell me was the Labor Coast. Would have been nice to have known the total price of battery and labor. As for install time, it was quick. The service person who helped us did a great job. He had to do some resit to the cars computer that did not get done in the maintenance shop.

They did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. The cost is higher than a cat's back, but who isn't nowadays. Would recommend.

Attempted to schedule service on dealership website. Website was missing the oil change service option. Used the online chat to help with scheduling the oil change. The representative was apparently confused and chatted that someone would be in contact via phone. Received a call from the sales manager to review options to purchase a vehicle. Explained that we just need an oil change. Referred us to call service. Lol just forget it.

Poor service. People answering the phone are not well trained. She wasn't able to transfer my call to the service area. It's difficult to get an appointment for an oil change. Not open on the weekends. Going elsewhere.

Have been here a few times and the service is okay. What irritates me is every time I get my car back, there's always some piece of a compartment or something just in the passenger seat. I don't know where these pieces or parts go for the car and it's just annoying that they can't put it back where they found it. It may be a a minor issue to them, but the lack of attention to detail is what irks me.

Can’t put this any better…… had the wife and kid take our Toyota FJ Cruiser in for a alignment and they do half the job but wanted to charge for the full job…. Then they proceeded to strip my control arm nuts and say there broken or seized ….. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE DONE MY ALIGNMENT THEY SHOULD OF PUT ANTI-SEIZE ON THEM BUT DIDNT ….. it’s a joke it has went downhill quick I will not be back that’s pathetic
