Faruk and Steven were the best. I needed a quick spot removal and they were terrific! Faruk found me a coupon too! They were in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Faruk also gave me some booties to wear on the wet carpet until it dries. Top notch people and company!!

I have always had the best experiences with the Stanley Steemer crew out of Grimes. Customer Service is top notch. Each employee that has been to my home has been kind and courteous and always make me feel like they truly care that you are satisfied with the work they do. Once I felt that I could still see a mark from a dog getting sick and they came back and cleaned that area again, free of charge. I will continue to use Stanley Steemer again and again!

Tyler did a wonderful job on my carpets. He was extremely professional and did get most of all of the spots out. I am so very happy with his work. I am also considering having my air ducts done and if I’m allowed to request someone I would like it to be him only because I know he did it such a wonderful job for me, I also live in another complex a condo so I can spread the word. That’s how happy I am with your work. Thank you so much.

Taylor and Brent did a fantastic job! We were blown away by their professionalism and could not believe the before and after pictures of the vent cleaning they performed - we will definitely utilize Stanley Steemer services in the future!!

Gage and Evan were so pleasant when I had my carpets cleaned,they explained everything they were doing. So patient and understanding. I had also brought a rug by,in an emergency that my kiddos had gotten jello on and Britt was so kind to open the door for me with a smile , and the guy with the glasses took it right off my hands for me. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A W E S O M E N E S S !!!I literally can't find the words...You will not find a finer crew anywhere in this civilized world!Mr. Evan & Mr. Tyler had gone far above & beyond the call of duty in cleaning & clearing out the debris that has been sitting throughout the tunnels and elbows of duct work in this 104 year old house.They were courteous, cautious and careful while accessing the supply & return vents throughout my home. Totally impressed! Stanley Steemer is not a "blow & go" operation. I cannot stress again the level of expertise these gentlemen displayed. Their knowledge, skills and abilities reflect great credit upon themselves, their superiors, and all who work within the "family" of Stanley Steemer!I beg you please...Look into ALL they offer!Carpets ~ Tile and grout ~ hardwood ~ upholstery ~ Natural Stone ~ Area Rug ~ Air Ducts ~ 24 hour water restoration! Stanley Steemer always does a great job for me! With two Dachshunds, I'm always calling them and they always work me in and do a great job in a timely manner. We used them to clean out our air ducks. Excellent service! Timely, easy to get in touch, and professional. Both Gage and Evan were very professional and did a wonderful job. They ensured all the vents were taken care of and put in everything back in its place before leaving.
