“My child attended MCC from age 2-5 and often asked me why she couldn’t stay overnight when I picked her up each day. She made so many friends, none of whom go to her elementary school, but with whom she still keeps in contact for playdates and birthday parties. On her last day, she clung to one of the teachers while we all cried. She has since been back to visit twice, both time bringing her teachers cards or gifts. My experience of MCC was that the people there were truly invested in each child’s care and I saw the social-emotional growth in my child as a result. I highly recommend MCC to anyone looking for the best experience for their child during their most critical early childhood development years.”

“Our child attends here and we love this daycare. The leadership and staff are caring, attentive, and professional. We were hesitant about sending our child to a daycare center but this place has put our minds at ease. We have toured several daycare centers in the area and nothing compares to the Johnston New Horizon Academy. They do projects, learn songs, and have a curriculum full of fun. Any concerns we have/had have always been quickly addressed. It is a little pricier than other daycares in the area, but it is well worth it.”

“My daughters have attended Goddard School of Waukee since infants. Since the first day, I have remained amazed at the quality of the staff and kindness toward Goddard families and children. Through the years, we have become close with almost everyone at Goddard and consider them as a second family.Communication with teachers has always been excellent and easy. They are very accessible willing to address questions or concerns anytime.The curriculum is also excellent and prepares children well for the next steps of their education. My oldest daughter started kindergarten this year and is performing well above all kindergarten criteria. She is already meeting first grade criteria. This seems to be common amongst many children graduating from Goddard and entering kindergarten; they are very well prepared and tend to be high academic performers.I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my children. Not only have they learned several core values of being kind and moral individuals but they are also academically ready to begin their educational journey with confidence.I highly recommend the Goddard School of Waukee.”

“Our family loves traditions !The teachers and staff are so friendly and care about my kids I am happy and feel comfortable every morning dropping them off , and that is huge for a parent. The infant room ladies are gold and really do care for my baby :) and all the littles in there. she is always so happy to be there. My toddler loves her experience in the 4s preschool room she gets excited to go and tells me what she learns everyday ! I would recommend traditions 3 if you’re in the urbandale area and want your kiddos to get outstanding care. I wouldn’t still be there after 4 years if it weren’t outstanding. !”
