Jayden recently replaced the Windshield in our Volvo XC90, and my wife and I are very satisfied.
He performed the install onsite, and was mindful of keeping our garage clean. The install went very smoothly. He also made sure the Heads-up display was calibrated within specifications.

Technician arrived on time and explained the process of total replacement on our brand new car. Made me at ease! Easy appointment set up on phone with a very pleasant staff member (wish I had gotten her name.)

Took my truck in for a rock chip, covered under Progressive. Came home and noticed that there is now damage to a different sector of my windshield; looks like something has been dropped on it. Now I have to have my windshield replaced entirely, and pay insurance to do it. Stay far, far, far away from Safelite.

No one will ever answer the phone. Customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE.

Last year had someone come out and replace my cracked windshield, one year later it was leaking. They came out said the first one wasn't installed correctly and replaced again except this time the Tech broke my sunglasses, didn't say anything to me about it and left. Company "isn't responsible" for damages like that. I would find someone else if I were you unless you like endless run around and broken property.

Cheyenne & shop team did a great job replacing my Jeep Gladiator windshield. The "Billing Process" itself what a bit confusing and messed up itself, no fault of Cheyenne & Team. Automation is not quite perfected yet. But I believe this is critical to look into. A $300 overage error is big.The inability to do the installation onsite was completely understandable with the high winds today. Cheyenne transported my Jeep Gladiator to a close shop and again did an excellent job! Thank you! Cheer MAK

The worst service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get my windshield taken care of since May. 7 months later and 7 reschedules later...still not taken care of. My warranty company was under the impression that it was taken care of. Safelite never provided any type of communication of what has been happening. Poor accountability and communication from this location.

I had my window broken out while on vacation. I set up my appointment with < 24hr notice and they slotted me in and Olivia (?) at the counterr, helped me out most splendidly. She kept up dialog between myself and my insurance. The rest of team did an awesome job in replacing ( and cleaning the rest ) the window.

Horrible experience!! Worthless service and people. They have been rescheduling us for not having correct windshield and finally a month later we got an appointment and they couldn’t find the windshield for my car. I will never go back or I would not recommend it. Adi
