I got in contact with a very nice lady whom’s name I unfortunately cannot recall but I had a miscommunication earlier today and I called up ricks towing and the lady on the phone was so helpful and so kind and cleared up everything for me. I highly recommend this company just based on the brief interaction I’ve had with them.

Winched me out of my neighbor's deep ditch in heavy, icy snow. Ten minutes from hook-up to receipt. Really nice, friendly guy. Careful and efficient.

When I originally called I stated I am not with my car it's stuck in a ditch the said the base is $150 and may be a "little " more I asked to have it towed to my address in advance Steve was nice but the other guy with him was a jerk was rude and snappy to my husband who is African gave straight racist vibes !! They tell me after hooking up my car that it will be $354 after tax I asked if there is anyway to drop the price a tiny bit Steve said I had to talk to Kathy ! I call talk to Kathy and all she did was be rude has 0 skills in kind customer service basically told me tough shit if I don't pay it they won't give me my car they should have told me the price before hooking my car up !!! They get here and the pricef up to $377 and they just left my car in the middle of the street!! For me to deal with after paying ! They said my wheel was locked which I know it was not before I left my car there it had full motion!! I feel scammed and didn't even get the service I should have gotten for paying almost $400 out of my pocket! Bad place I will never ever go to them again ! People that work in customer service should be honest and kind and they were not Steve was the only nice one!! Kathy needs some training on customer service and needs to get the tree that's shoved up her ass out so she can be kind!! And Steve's coworker also needs some lessons on how to not be obviously racist !!! Treating my husband the way he did stuck up like a little boy that's ingnorent!!

I had another company bail on me when my family car broke down. So upon the recommendation of my community- I called Rick’s towing. A very nice woman answered and was so friendly and helpful. She even offered a tow within an hour, and I had to push back due to work schedules. However, before noon- my car was back home and secured.I had originally planned to walk to where it was located about two miles down the road, and she immediately said, we can pick up the keys, assess the charge and then take payment. Without a hitch, Rick’s towing did what others claim they can do and don’t.I for one, am extremely grateful for the professionalism of this outfit. Ryan, the driver came with a “GREAT” attitude and friendly demeanor. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Love supporting small businesses -and I am more than thrilled to say, this is a top notch business. Highly recommended.This is definitely a A++ business! Thanks guys for helping my family. This was easily the best tow service I’ve had to use! John was the driver and he was very professional about everything! I had asked him to be gentle with the car because a different tow company had broken the front bumper before and he was absolutely as careful as he could be! If I ever get stranded in this area again I know who I’ll be calling! Would most definitely recommend them if you need a tow!Service: Car towing
