Have you changed the settings on your equipment in the last 2 months? Every time I visit recently, nothing touches the front or hood of my truck. The side brushes barely make contact as well. It's disappointing to leave with a half-cleaned vehicle.

For some reason the scanner doesn't read my ticket on my windshield most of the time. They manually have to let me in to wash my car! They even moved the sticker. But maybe because it is over to the outside more and not straight IDK! Other than that I love Mister Car Wash!

I got the most expensive wash they offer in hopes that my vehicle would actually be clean this time. Nice to see I wasted almost $30. Still had crud all over my vehicle. I think next time I'll go to the cheaper route and wash it by hand.

I LOVE going to this car wash! The lights are fun, the (monthly) price is reasonable, and all of the staff seems friendly. There are two women, I don’t know their names, they both typically work to guide us into the carwash building and align us to enter the tracks. One is maybe high school/late teen, the other is likely mid-career. These women are SO FRIENDLY! We don’t exchange verbal communication and yet they are still providing great customer service. One day the car wash was malfunctioning and the younger woman offered me a refund!

Remember to take your hitch off if you have a truck and tuck your mirrors in. This will allow the machines which use a guidance system to get a closer wash on your car or truck. Great vacuums!!! Very good customer service.

I really wish they consistently pre-sprayed your car. The workers annoyed when you ask them toMediocre clean at best. Car seems to still be dirty after wash.

Nice car wash. Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially the person who rinses your car before the conveyor belt starts.

Both my husband and I have unlimited car washes through them but just wanted to say that Mr Car Wash is the Chickfila of car washes, such wonderful service and everyone is always smiling. Your car leaves better than it came but you also leave better than you came with their cheerfulness.
