Tom Martin really helped me out of a jam & transferred my storage unit to a slightly higher height to find the perfect fit for my cargo van to be parked inside! I really appreciated his above & beyond top notch friendly customer service. We will be renting here for a long time to come. I highly recommend this facility for all your storage needs it’s very clean, safe & easy access right off the interstate, I bought a lock here as well they have everything you need to move in today, thanks again Tom! You are the best!

Tom runs a very nice storage facility. Everything is kept very clean and the climate control is quite good. He’s easy to work with, as well.

Rented for just about 3 months, always easy access, always clean and importantly I always felt safe. Price was always right. Perfect place. If needed again will always come back and certainly let others know this is the place to come.

When I got there I was treated very well by a gentleman named Tom. He definitely has great customer service and is very welcoming. It’s a very clean facility and appears to be very safe.

I rented from them for years and they were always great, friendly and helpful. BUT chose the location of your unit carefully. There is a cement place just down the road and a lot of dust can blow into your unit!

LockBox is a great storage location. Setup can be done online, prices are decent, and paperwork is straightforward. Onsite management is a huge plus.

Great storage facility!! Gated, secure, lighted and very clean on the entire grounds! The management is simply amazing!! When anything little happens with my account he reaches out quickly and I can fix it within minutes. I will say.. living in Grimes just down the street I was nervous.. but this facility is so well protected sometimes it’s hard for me to get in.. because I forgot my code lol.
Units are very nice l, clean and spacious. I have a 10x20 unit. And I couldn’t be happier. And the management and some staff actually will help you if you need it. It is truly one of a kind storage facility who cares about their clients/tenants unit.
Keep up and beyond the professionalism you all provide for to everyone!!
It truly is a relief that my personal property stored there is protected and in good hands.
I could go on and on.. but I will spare you all lol.

The units are very clean. I haven't had a problem of any kind. I've been renting my 2 units since 2021. Tom the manager is always kind and helpful.
