Do not go here. Mistakes are followed with excuses. Absolutely false information given, especially to my young driver. Told tires were bad (almost new tires 10k miles of wear). Would not rotate new tires due to “wear” (tires are fine slightly cupping one inside edge of fr tire -nowhere near being bad. Tie rod is worn causing cupping which would have been the proper diagnosis but service manager must assume everybody is dumb. Told brakes were gone (they’re at 40%) Skid plate not re-attached properly and fell off driving home. Skid plate is now ruined, hardware gone, and front attachment nipples are broken. They Didn’t notice bad wiper blades which they actually sell. Nothing was written on vehicle report acknowledging how “unsafe” he said the vehicle was to drive. This car is only 7 years old and well maintained. I checked to make sure they put oil in it, thank goodness they actually did that!!! DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE MANAGER’S DIAGNOSIS OF ISSUES!!!

First time I went I used online coupon for 20$ off signature all synthetic. (Still over 100$) noticed windows weren’t washed and no vacuuming was done. This made me pop the hood and see that wiper fluid was low and the coolant was empty, despite fluid check saying it was ok. I emailed owner and got a call from Manager to come in and have the issues addressed.
I went back and they filled fluids and vacuumed and washed windows. Happy they did what they should have, unhappy I had to check and request services I was paying for.
TLDR; double check any work from Grimes Jiffy Lube. Nice employees and manager, but make sure you are getting what you pay for

If you're looking for a quick in and out service this is the place to go. Kudos to the guys in the shop, while I was waiting they told a customer that she didn't need her oil changed because she still had 25% oil life left in her car. These places always seem to get a bad rap for doing un-needed services so I thought this was important to share!

Just had an oil change today. Everyone who I spoke to was professional, and polite. Seems like they did a good job. My car takes a special oil filter & oil and they were able to help me. So far very happy with their services.

Person up front lacked competence and could not place the order for an oil change. My front engine splash shield was not properly reattached and fell once I left jiffy lube. I brought it back and they found some bolts to reinstall but there were not enough. My feeling was that they removed and broke them when performing the oil change. I had no issue with the splash shield before going there.
