Ordered a State Speech shirt online and the decal came off-centered and crooked on the shirt. Called for a replacement. Replacement package came 4 weeks later but was the complete wrong shirt (State Archery) for a different event. Very disappointing.

I did an earlier review and they responded, saying they would look into it. Not a peep from them since. So not only was the shirt they made faulty and falling apart, but they didn't even follow up as they said they would. I have no problem letting people know about great service......and subsequently I have no problem letting people know about terrible service either. Please read my earlier review if you are looking for the full details on them, on the whole, as a Company...... fyi...the links that he provided in his comments are the links that go to the Company that I did business with. They are the same e-mail and phone number of the business that contacted me by e-mail saying they would handle and then never followed up or returned my phone calls. So him stating it isn't the same, when his contact info links are specifically the same is just another example of bad customer service.
