One star, because your drivers are coming through my apartment complex with their music blaring and bass pumping out. Not appreciated!!!! I tried contacting customer service, but phone's always busy, so this where you get my complaint.

i received my loveseat this pm...talked to driver at 2pm, instructed to bring up to 3rd fl apt...at 3:30 i went to check,he had left it in lobby!!online said it would be delivered to my apt...no tip for this jerk of a delivery person..i'm fuming!!!

FedEx failed to deliver my package after showing it as "out for delivery" for five consecutive days. Upon contacting them, I was instructed to pick it up at an inconvenient location. Upon arrival, I had to use a dirty phone at the entrance to communicate with someone. Despite being informed that my package wasn't there, but at a Walgreens store, I made the additional trip. To my dismay, upon picking up my package, I discovered that it had been opened. This experience is disappointing, and FedEx's handling of the situation is unacceptable.

Went to drop off a package tonight and had a great experience. To drop off a package you have to pick the phone up and talk to a human on the other end of the phone. Very respectful employee and great service. Thanks FedEx

I live in a 9 story apartment building. We have 2 working elevators. Yet your lazy delivery drivers leave my packages in "the mail room". Which is not a room. It's the lobby where the mailboxes are also located. Myself and many others there are disabled. Having to go down and drag up heavy boxes is truly a hardship. I think that this repeated action reflects poorly on your company as a whole. I hope you address this issue.

It warms my heart to see that FedEx is proud to employ the mentally handicapped, people that don't even understand the concept of a doorbell. It's great that FedEx spares no expense in spending extra $ on fuel and labor for multiple delivery attempts via these precious persons, even though I work from home and *could* have answered the first one every time.

Too bad there isn’t an option for negative stars!Been waiting on a package since January 7, 2024. A package worth several hundred dollars. I get notifications regularly that my package is “out for delivery”. Today is January 20th. No delivery.Have called customer service three times and been told someone will contact me. No contact has been made. I have requested to go to carrier facility and pick up my own package … that is “not allowed” I am told. Have also requested a refund for my shipment and am being told it is not lost so they won’t refund. So incredibly frustrating that I have offered solutions and nothing in return.I will start doing business with organizations that do not ship with FedEx. Do better FedEx, do better!!!

Driver is too lazy to get out of truck to attempt delivery. Fed ex is complete joke, customer service number is some call center that cant even help.

My son worked three days and it has been over two weeks and he has not received paycheck yet. Do not work here. Terrible place!!
