They say they open at 7:30 but this is the second time ive been here at 7:30 and they aren't open. Its 7:45 now and still not open. Need better time management skills.

This is a fantastic Farm Store. They have a great selection. The prices are more than the big box stores, but they have great convenience that can make up for that.

Checkout Lady was very rude checking me out at the counter. I've never had that problem every time I went to this bomgaars everyone has been super nice every time.

I was in Bomgaars a few weeks ago looking for a cinch for my horse when I met Ian. He greeted me with a friendly smile and was knowledgeable in helping me determine a good choice for my horse. I love horse talk and enjoyed swapping a few horse stories and showing off a pic or two of my “baby”. Ian really seems to care about people and providing an excellent customer experience. It is much appreciated! In addition to the customer experience I am impressed with the variety and brands this store carries. I’ll definitely be back!

Was looking at the deer feeders and Ian came over and answered all my questions and then helped me with another big item. From the minute we met to the minute I walked out the door he was right there helping me. You guys are lucky to have this man working for you. Not everyday you find not only a hard worker but a worker that wants to engage with customers. Thanks Ian.
