Bought a Geissele MK4 rail from here, after waiting the three weeks for it to arrive I got a MK14 rail delivered… Reached out to customer service and was told the only thing they could do was send a return label. Mind you I would have to wait another 2 weeks for a refund and drive 30 minutes to a UPS store and mail the handguard back before anything would be done because they messed up and sent me the wrong one… I get everyone makes mistakes but to put the burden and cost on me to fix their mistake definitely isn’t good business. Worst online gun retailer I’ve dealt with by far.

Was a little skeptical from some of the reviews but decided to give these guys a try for my first online gun purchase. Ordered a CZ Scorpion on a Friday and picked it up from my FFL on the following Wednesday. Very pleased with the service and ship time and the prices are unbeatable. Definitely coming back to them in the future for firearm purchases.

They’ll make it right - if I change my review. Trust all of the negative reviews. Ordered the Surefire light and received the light however, it was defective, when contacted them they told me to take it up with Surefire. No attempt was made on their end to make it right with the customer. They would rather take the easy way out and make me do all the legwork, instead of making the purchase right with me, the end user and they return or file a claim with Surefire. Lesson learned, I won’t stray again and deal with these little companies and only deal with the major players in the game. You had a perfect chance for a lifelong customer but instead you went with one and done.
***UPDATE*** AJ f/Battlehawk said in an email that they would send a replacement IF I changed my review to a 5 - star review first. I responded that I would update the review based on their resolve... NO response.

I purchased two sig p320s. At first after six weeks I never recieved them. Battle hawk refuses phone calls, all they did was send me a tracking number and said it was my problem. I located them sitting on a shelf at cvs pharmacy. My dealer went to pick them up. He was not allowed to because my name was on them. Battle hawk is responsible for them until they reach the ffl dealer. I a non ffl had to sign for them and take them to my ffl because my name not the ffl was on the box. Also several other orders for ammo and magazines have been mixed up. Customer service is rude. Absolutely horrible. Try ammo depo. They take phone calls. Juan garcia

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, RUDE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Extremely rude customer service who can’t even bother to answer simple questions, they refuse to ship to NY despite what they are shipping isn’t illegal. They could just admit they don’t want my states business but they are extremely rude about. It is no surprise why they have terrible reviews on reddit.
Edit: it is truly sad to see this unprofessional business make up lies. Enclosed below are screenshots of ALL the emails. These emails show the truth that I was NOT rude until they started being rude. Instead of taking the 30 seconds to explain that they were too much of smooth brains to look up NY State laws regarding shotguns, they chose to be disrespectful. That’s a great business practice, being rude to someone asking to buy a product, it seems like they just don’t like making sales. Also, notice how they make up lies on all other negative reviews. Instead addressing the issue, they shift blame. I’d give zero stars if I could. Also, notice the terrible grammar on their part, probably have foreign customer support that barely speaks English. They are a drop shipping company, they don’t even keep stock of the firearms themselves which is why they take forever to ship. Don’t do ANY business with them.

I had an issue with a damaged shipping box missing some ammo, and they rectified the issue. Everything else arrived in good condition.

There’s not a staff member in that building that doesn’t know his stuff! So knowledgeable and helpful! They're patient with all my ridiculous questions and lack of knowledge and this is my forever place to buy firearms and accessories! Prices are very reasonable! Only thing I wish was they had extended hours as they’re only open the same hrs that most people are working but I absolutely love it there! Thanks so much guys!
