Out of town visitor's car was sounding weird. Called Schildberg's, and they got us in the next day. One day later, and a new water pump, she was on her way. They were honest and didn't try to fix what I thought might be broken. Thank you for getting us in and out and on our way!

I am not usually the type of person to write a review but I feel like I was taking advantage of financially. I had called this shop to have an ignition switch put into a 1993 Toyota spirit motorhome. Was only quoted for the part of $95 dollars which wasn’t bad I then told Gail the receptionist to go ahead and have it put on. When I asked her for a quote on what it would be she told me she couldn’t quote that because she didn’t know how long it would take. When I first took my motorhome to them I was told it could be a couple weeks before they could get it in. Fast forward five weeks later she calls to tell me the part has been put on but that the mechanic didn’t know if I would want it on due to the fact that if you were to push on the brakes it would shift out of gear. I told her to put it on that it was better than not having one on at all. So she calls me back to let me know it’s ready for pick and and that the total was close to $500 which is outrageous for an hour job. She told me it took 3 hours and I had called around to three other mechanics that told me it shouldn’t have been more than an hour job she then tells me he had to put another part on that wasn’t ran by me first. I Will be paying that bill and never going back. Make sure to always get the quote in writing before having the work done. Lesson learned.

Everyone here is wonderful we would not have had a vehicle if not for them gale at the front desk is amazing and the mechanics really know how to treat a customer and there vehicle i wont use other mechanics
