I have always had good customer service during weekdays. 3 stars are because they are never open for 1.5 hrs listed online. Don't go here if you need to mail something on a weekend.

I was asked to use a different post office to mail packages and the lady told me not to tell the people at the other post office she sent me. Then I go in on a Saturday to pick up a package that they couldn't deliver and they were not even open. This has happened more than once.
