Love this post office and the two ladies that work there! Have gone there for big mailing projects, smaller mailing situations, a new passport and a name change on my passport. Every single time...the best service, super quick and so knowledgeable. But, the best part is that they are so friendly and authentically happy.

Made apt online for pm to get passport done. show up here and they are closed until 1:30 for lunch. but says they are open online

Horrible. Are packages are lost or undelivered frequently. The last bark box I had delivered was mangled, taped together and missing contents. Very rarely do we get our packages on time even when the tracking says it's out for delivery. We have had boxes thrown on our doorstep when I've been home. I feel since my husband complained the mail carrier goes out of his way to make our delivery worse.

Not much really for me to review here. I go pick up my parents mail when they're out of town. I walk in and walk back out. It's clean and devoid of clutter. They have a community bulletin board and a recycling bin right there. You don't even have to take your junk mail home with you. They have a mail box drive through out front. You can get your passports done here.

I usually only drive by the box and drop the mail being sent out. If this was my only experience they would get a 5 star rating. BUT, Recently we went on a vacation and needed to do a hold mail. That was the easy part fill out a form and go on vacation. Get back and ask for the mail you had on hold and restart the delivery. Now that was a hassle and a half. The postguy at the counter acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. "I was here 10 days ago and you help me" I realize you see plenty of people every day but this is small town Granger how people asked to have their mail held for 10 days. I thought about bringing up all of the times the mail was delivered to my address and the boxes I've taken to other address cuz it belongs somewhere else, but telling a guy who hates his job how to do it better is probably similar to fishing in a septic tank.
