Just beware. Salesman lack knowledge. Their used vehicles are worth book value of clean, your vehicle books at rough in their eyes. Not to mention a salesman trying to cover a huge scratch on a vehicle he wanted to sell me. The sales manager was ignorant, overall not a welcoming dealer. I’d recommend Dewey or Karl if you’re looking for a vehicle. Granger is shady.

Traveling for the holidays and stopped there for a 20000 service and walked in. A sales person approached and I explained that my mother in law lives close and I just need an oil change. He said I have to call them to schedule it and looked at me like I was from a different planet. Never offered the number to call or pointed me in the direction of the service department.Anyone can sell a new vehicle but the service afterwards is what matters to me. I have several work trucks all Ram tradesmen but I personally owned a 2020 longhorn with everything and currently own a 2022 Ram Limited. I went to Stew Hansen 18 minutes away and they got me in right away.

Last month we saw a couple vehicles we were interested in on Granger Motors’ website. We reached out around 8PM about a 2014 Toyota Sienna and Samantha immediately reached out to get something scheduled the next day. It was a longer drive we hadn’t yet committed to, but she was flexible and made sure the vehicle was ready either way. We did test drive the Sienna and there were a few things we weren’t 100% about considering we were coming from a smooth driving 2019 Ford Fusion. We inquired about the 2013 Dodge Durango we saw online, and they were happy to have us take a spin with it. It was so fresh and clean despite us not having mentioned it until arrival. It was such a nice vehicle and felt as new as my car despite being 10 years old with some outdated tech. We did our first small spin at negotiation which they were kind about. We ended up exchanging our paid off Ford Fusion for a paid off Dodge Durango with absolutely no cash exchanged. We knew we wanted to find something now that had more seats, would last 5+ years, and the convenience of buying/selling through a dealership. You can’t beat our experience and being in/out of a dealership within less than 2 hours! It was worth going this route than the guesswork and wait of selling privately online. We truly think it was a win win situation and had such a great experience with everyone at Granger Motors! We have no doubt we’ll look here again if we’re in the market someday.

The service manager was abusive. And had no remorse. I tried real hard but he didn't want anything to with me. Otherwise I be giving them 5 stars.

Granger Motors is the best car dealer I’ve ever purchased a car from! I worked with Angel Urenda to purchase my 2020 Subaru WRX and I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. He was very polite and could answer all my questions for me! The car buying process was super quick and easy I was very impressed by their services. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!

Cassidy was so good helping my friend buy his new Dodge. Then I went to her to order my new F250. She knew exactly what I wanted and made sure that it got ordered correctly. High praise to her and her team. Shortly after that we ordered a PHEV Escape and Cassidy called me up and said she had a car that we might love. My wife went crazy for it and it came home with us. It is so smooth and quiet. It will be a while before we need to put gas in it!

Purchased a Ford Extended Service Plan (ESP) through Granger and couldn't be happier by the process. They were completely transparent about price and quickly processed my purchase. Excellent follow-up by Maria from Granger. Very courteous and timely in my purchase.

Granger Motors out of Iowa was a great dealership to purchase a vehicle even out of state. I got a great deal and there wasn’t any funny business in the end. They are one of the last legit dealerships. Highly recommend using them. Catelyn was very responsive and helpful at all times. Thank you ?

Had a great experience working with Beau Norgaard at Granger Motors a couple weeks ago. It was the first time I made a vehicle purchase from out of states. I live in Oregon and the process was very easy to get the deal put together. I used Uship to get the vehicle transported and it was also very easy. Thanks again and the new Ram TRX deal.

Reserved a Bronco like 1000 others. Ford took sweet time delivering. Granger was excellent during the entire process. Quick responses to lots of questions through email. Followed through on all pricing offers , no smacking the buyer with “market adjustments” upon delivery. Financing team was great. Very ez paperwork. Taking Delivery was awesome. I can’t imagine buying from anyone else.. Added a picture , they left it dirty because I asked them to not wash it from transport. Love the Granger team.

What an incredible experience. I flew from New Hampshire to pick up my Bronco at Granger. They picked me up at my airport hotel and we headed to the dealership. Granger handled every aspect of this sale, electronically. All I had to do was show up and drive off. Additionally, their pricing is better than anyone, anywhere. Good luck trying to beat a Granger deal (well below MSRP), in this world $10k+ "Market Value Adjustments." I will never shop anywhere else for a car or truck.

if I could give this zero stars I would. I left work at noon today to drive to Des Moines to see my dad in the hospital. I was about 20 miles away and my car started making a weird noise. I pulled over thinking maybe it was a flat tire but everything looked great so I pulled back out on the road got up to about 40mph and it start making the noise again so I pulled over at a gas station that did not have a service station. Put the car in park revved up the engine didn't make the sound, none of the lights were on the dash, temperature was normal, nothing indicating what could be going on. I was about 16 miles from the Lexus dealer and wanted to try to get there to have them check it out. By the time I got to Granger I had stopped two more times to look at tires and see if I could figure out what was making this thunk thunk thunk thunk thunk noise. It was so loud I decided to just pull into Granger motors and see if someone would listen to it and tell me if they thought it was safe to keep driving to the Lexus dealer, I didn't want to make something worse. I walked into the service center and the woman standing at the desk asked if she could help me. I told her my car was making a horrible noise, that it sounded like something was about ready to fall out from under the hood. Asked if someone could drive it through the parking lot and see if they thought it was OK to continue driving to the Lexus dealer. She asked if I had an appointment and I said no, I was driving from storm Lake to Des Moines when it started making the noise. She said they didn't have any appointments and she'd have to go check "with the guys." She went and asked the mechanics, three or four of them sitting/standing in an office, not working on cars. She came back and said I'm sorry but we don't have time to look at it today, you can leave it and we'll probably be able to get to it in about a week. A week! I told her I was driving from Storm Lake to Des Moines to see my dad who was in the hospital and I couldn't just leave my car there for a week. She said well as long as your check engine light isn't on it is safe to drive. So I putted my way to Willis Lexus, driving 20 to 30 miles an hour with my hazard lights on. I had called them before I left Granger motors and asked if someone would be able to look at it, she said she wasn't sure if they could look at it right away, but they would get me a loaner car to drive if it was gonna be a few days. I got there and talked to the service manager. I told him what kind of noise the car was making, that everything looked good, no lights had came on, temperature was normal, it was driving straight down the road, I could take my hands off the steering wheel and it would still continue straight down the road, not pulling, shaking, or anything. He had me pull my car right in the shop and had the mechanic take it for a drive. Probably wasn't gone more than two minutes and came back and pointed at my driver side wheel and said look at this and he flipped one of the lug nuts and it was almost falling off. He said the wheel was loose and that I was lucky it hadn't fallen off. I was so shook up I was about in tears. He said they would take it inside and fix the wheel. The mechanic took off in it and after a while the service manager came over and talked to me, said they had done whatever it was they had done, cleaned up some corrosion, tightened the lug nuts, said something about torque. Said he had them run it through the car wash. I asked him where I needed to go to pay and he said he wasn't charging me anything. So not only did they not put me off for a week like your service department was going to do, they fixed it right away, vacuumed the floors, wiped down the dash, cleaned the inside of the windshield, ran it through the car wash, and didn't charge me anything for it. Not a penny. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. Turns out it absolutely was NOT safe to drive at all and by not taking five minutes out of your mechanics visiting in

Granger Ford was simply amazing. I purchased my F150 and saved nearly $10K under MSRP. They responded with a phone call 30 minutes after I inquired about a specific vehicle by email ( two local dealers still haven’t answered my email 4 1/2 months later) and 30 minutes after that call I had an amazing quote with huge savings. I ordered my vehicle and picked it up from them even though they were 1200 mile drive for me back to my home. It was worth the effort.Oh! They also found some amazing financing that I didn’t even know was available from Ford. It was also a pleasure to deal with each member of the Granger team from sales to financing to delivery. They were polite, responsive, and performed everything expertly. Reading, reviewing and signing all the purchase and financing documents at home at my leisure was also much less stressful than having to trust the local dealer finance guys who wait while you sign your life away.Don’t hesitate to talk to Granger about your Ford purchase and think about it. I’ll bet you will be impressed and you might even be willing to drive even further to take your new vehicle back to your home.
