This is the dirtiest Casey's I have ever been in! Out of everything and everything needs cleaned! Ugh!

I enjoy Casey’s breakfast and pizza for dinner… I’ve had a breakfast biscuit sandwich and a quart of milk every morning during the week for the past 10-12 years at least and Granger doesn’t have many choices in town when you just don’t want to make something, and this Casey’s location in the mornings your lucky to find anything in the warmers… or in the donut case… and in the evenings rarely do they have the staff to keep kitchen open for dinner… ridiculous… this store needs a better manager…

Absolutely the slowest fuel pumps I have ever experienced. No fluid in the windshield washer stations. Only one grade of gasoline at the pump. Sadly, the only station in town going downhill.

Every time I step foot in this Casey's I'm more determined than ever to not come in again. The place is a dirty mess, and no one seems to care. Other Casey's are not like this, what is wrong with this one ??? I only hope and pray Kwik Star gets here soon.

I worked for this place for a week before discovering that it also employs a complete psycho, whom I witnessed red-facedly threatening a manager with these exact words: "I will slit your throat and watch you die." These two seem to have some private, relationship-based conflict that they inappropriately let bleed over into Casey's' public-facing operations. Even more unacceptably, in response to my reporting the incident, higher-level management refused to fire or even discipline this a**hole, proving that they don't care one iota about our safety as employees or, by extension, yours as customers. Putting the bottom line over obvious red flags is such a fantastic HR strategy! Yet these thoroughly incompetent people will just go on wondering why this store is so consistently under-staffed. I'm serious when I say: avoid this Casey's at all costs, unless you want to become a statistic as part of the next headline-grabbing mass shooting.

I was not impressed. I don’t normally go to this Casey’s. It was late like 9:40 pm I showed up to pick up the order I had placed. I walked was not greeted at all, the cashier was sitting on a case of water with her face buried in her phone. I walked towards the kitchen where the cook was counting the donuts w/ gloves. When I was finally greeted they told me that my pizza was done and sitting there waiting to be cut and boxed and the cook continued to count donuts, after a few min she stopped with the donuts, got my pizza off the oven and cut and boxed it..she never once changed her gloves, she then went and got the wings boxed agin never changed her gloves. She handed me my order and walked away the cashier was still sitting on the floor with her face in the phone while another customer strode at the counter. The store was dirty cashier was friendly when she wasn’t on her phone and the cook needs some hygiene lessons. Won’t go back for pizza

Worst case of customer service ever. Not used to this store being a mess or items not stocked. The young man at the register did nothing but mumble and just look at you when you asked him a question. Seriously better step up caseys before a kwikstar shop comes your way. Also there were plenty of employees working/standing around. Usually this caseys does a good job. Very disappointed.

Gas pumps are old, just like the employees attitudes. Get it together.

I got gas and paid at the pump, so I can't attest to in store. Here's what I do know. I hate answering 50 questions when I pay at the pump. It's Iowa and it's cold out- Just give me my gas! I wish the pump could hear me, because he would just give me my gas. I'm usually rude to the pump, because I am freezing my a$$ off answering questions. Just give me gas after I pay. Please
